Alcohol, Drugs & Addiction
While Bolivia is a beautiful and vibrant country in many ways, it is also the poorest country in South America. There are many people who live on the streets, trying desperately to survive. In these deplorable conditions, many will turn to crime, drugs, and alcohol. It is reported that the rate of alcohol consumption in Bolivia is double that of the surrounding nations.
While the primary focus for Jeff & Sandra Price is in the area of Church Planting, Discipleship, and Leadership Training, there is a great need and closely related need to aid in the fight against addiction. So, the Price’s take part in a special ministry interest in helping people recover from an addictive lifestyle. With the rate of alcohol consumption and other vices in Bolivia, the communities and churches are directly impacted. Jeff & Sandra desire to implement a Scripturally based Recovery Ministry as a means of outreach and discipleship within the churches in which they work.
There is an urgent need for God’s people to respond to the need in Bolivia and around the world. As Jeff & Sandra respond to the need in Bolivia, they realize that with your help more can be done to reach people. If you would like to take part in this important work, please click below.
